Bio
Lewis C. Metzner is a lifelong Hagerstown resident and a 1970 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland in 1974 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1977. Mr. Metzner has practiced law in Maryland for over 45 years, representing clients in family law, criminal defense, and personal injury matters. His trial work has spanned District and Circuit Courts throughout the state.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Metzner has held elected office and contributed extensively to civic and professional organizations in Washington County and across Maryland.
